The project focuses on contributing to a climate-resilient and just transition in Georgia by strengthening and engaging local actors to better advocate for and fulfill their roles in waste prevention and the circular economy. This will lead to increased resource efficiency, improved sustainable consumption and production, and reduced waste generation in the Adjara AR and Kakheti regions.
The project works to enhance dialogue, learning mechanisms, and participatory, evidence-based policy development around waste prevention and the circular economy.
