Over four years (2022-2025), with support from the European Union, this project was implemented across eight municipalities in Kvemo Kartli and Samtskhe-Javakheti regions (Marneuli, Tetritskaro, Dmanisi, Gardabani, Bolnisi, Tsalka, Akhaltsikhe, and Ninotsminda). CENN led the initiative in partnership with the following three implementing organizations: Consultation and Training Centre (CTC), Kvemo Kartli Media (KKM), and First European (FE).
