We are excited to announce the Niko Ketskhoveli Finalists!
This year, out of 173 semi-finalists, 42 schools have advanced to the finals. Our finalists represent all regions of Georgia, including the occupied Abkhazia.
Despite the semi-finals being held online, eco-clubs impressively showcased their achievements to the jury. The pupils presented the social and environmental activities they carried out throughout the year, receiving valuable feedback and advice from the jury.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Austrian Development Cooperation, our jury members, partner organizations, and every participant.
We look forward to meeting again in the finals and, more importantly, to the start of a new competition year.
The “Niko Ketskhoveli School Award” was established in 2014. It encourages school eco-clubs to implement environmental and social initiatives throughout the year.
Winning schools receive financial and expert support for their projects. The “Niko Ketskhoveli School Award” is supported by the Austrian Development Agency.
